MISSION STATEMENT
By providing access to media and through the free exchange of ideas and information, the Media Network of Waterford will support, manage and produce non- commercial, community based media programs in order to entertain, enrich, enlighten and educate our community.
About Media Network
Media Network is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization hired through Waterford Township to govern Waterford’s P.E.G. Channels. Public Access, Municipal Access, and Educational Access Television. We offer free video production workshops to all Waterford residents, outside residents pay a fee to participate in our program. We also help other non-profits promote events through the usage of our Electronic Bulletin Board, and also video taping special events. Media Network acts as a consultant to community organizations in area’s of video production, technical assistance, and on-site problem solving. Some of the organizations the we assist are: Waterford Chamber of Commerce, The Waterford Coalition for Youth, Waterford Youth Assistance, Waterford Parks and Recreation, Waterford Senior Center, Waterford Township, Waterford Fire Department, Waterford Police Department, Waterford Christmas In Action, Waterford Little League, and the The Oakland County Community Club, (Quake on the Lake).
Waterford TV10 can be seen on: - Waterford Comcast Channel 10 – Live on the internet WTV10.org – At&t U-verse Channel 99 – Waterford (Which can be seen in 8 counties)
